Vu l'ordonnance présidentielle du 15 juin 2009 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse éventuelle au recours jusqu'au 14 juillet 2009.
Vu la lettre du 9 juillet 2009 par laquelle les recourants déclarent retirer le recours.
Vu l' art. 32 al. 2 LTF .
ordonne:
1. L'ordonnance présidentielle du 15 juin 2009 est annulée.
2. La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
3. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
4. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'appel en matière de baux et loyers du canton de Genève.
