LLC Appeals Copyright Decision Withdrawn
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertLLC Appeals Copyright Decision Withdrawn A limited liability company filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Supreme Court concerning a copyright dispute, challenging a decision from the Cantonal High Court of Bern. The Federal Supreme Court considered the case concluded and dismissed the proceedings because the appellant company formally withdrew its appeal in a letter dated May 2, 2024. Consequently, the Court subjected the appellant to the procedural costs of CHF 200, according to Art. 66 para. 1 and 2 BGG, but awarded no compensation to the opposing party (the Swiss Confederation, represented by the Federal Office of IT and Telecom) as they incurred no expenses related to the Federal Supreme Court proceedings (Art. 68 BGG).
