Vu le recours en matière civile formé le 28 avril 2023 par A.________ Sàrl (ci-après: la recourante) contre l'arrêt rendu le 24 mars 2023 par la Chambre des baux et loyers de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève dans la cause divisant la recourante d'avec B.________, intimée au recours;
Vu la lettre du 8 juin 2023 par laquelle le conseil de la recourante déclare au Tribunal fédéral qu'il retire le recours;
Considérant qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause 4A_224/2023 du rôle;
Vu l' art. 66 al. 2 et 3 LTF concernant les frais;
Considérant qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'allouer de dépens à l'intimée, celle-ci n'ayant pas été invitée à déposer de réponse;
Vu l' art. 32 al. 2 LTF ,
Ordonne :
1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours.
2. La cause 4A_224/2023 est rayée du rôle.
3. Un émolument judiciaire de 300 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
4. Il n'est pas alloué de dépens.
5. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre des baux et loyers de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
