Vu le recours en matière civile formé le 1er mai 2023 par A.________ (ci-après: la recourante) contre l'arrêt rendu le 9 mars 2023 par la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève divisant la recourante d'avec B.________ SA, intimée au recours;

Vu la lettre du 12 juin 2023 par laquelle le conseil de la recourante déclare au Tribunal fédéral qu'il retire le recours;

Considérant qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause 4A_221/2023 du rôle;

Vu l' art. 66 al. 2 et 3 LTF concernant les frais;

Considérant qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'allouer de dépens à l'intimée, celle-ci n'ayant pas été invitée à déposer de réponse;

Vu l' art. 32 al. 2 LTF ,

Ordonne :

1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours.

2. La cause 4A_221/2023 est rayée du rôle.

3. Un émolument judiciaire de 300 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.

4. Il n'est pas alloué de dépens.

5. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties (à l'intimée avec un double de la lettre du 12 juin 2023 [act. 10]) et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
