Appellant Withdraws Auction Appeal; Case Dismissed with Reduced Costs and Indemnity
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a party filed a legal appeal against a decision made by the Civil Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice regarding an auction sale. Following the initiation of the appeal process, the court issued various orders, including granting an extension for the responding party to submit their reply. Ultimately, the appellant decided to withdraw the appeal, prompting the court to formally acknowledge the withdrawal, cancel the previous orders, and remove the case from its active list. Consequently, the appellant was ordered to cover reduced court costs and pay a compensation amount to the opposing party.
