Appeal Inadmissible Due to Failure to Pay Cost Advance
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves two appellants who filed a complaint to the Swiss Federal Tribunal against a decision previously rendered by the Second Civil Chamber of the Appellate Court of the Ticino Canton regarding an expulsion matter. The appellants were required to pay a court fee of CHF 500 but failed to do so by the specified deadline, which led to their appeal being declared inadmissible. Despite being granted an additional deadline to meet this payment requirement, they did not comply, prompting the court to treat the case as manifestly inadmissible and leading to a simplified procedure resolution. Consequently, the appellants were ordered to bear the court fees.
