Mandate Agreement Appeal Withdrawal
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertMandate Agreement Appeal Withdrawal The case before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court concerned an appeal against a decision of the Cantonal High Court relating to a mandate agreement, stemming from a judgment dated March 10, 2025. The proceedings were terminated because the appellant withdrew his appeal, filed on April 11, 2025, via a letter dated May 23, 2025; consequently, the court ordered the closure of the proceedings due to the withdrawal of the appeal (Art. 32 para. 2 BGG), imposed court costs of CHF 500 on the appellant (Art. 66 paras. 1 and 2 BGG), and denied the respondent party indemnification since no expenses were incurred in relation to the federal court proceedings (Art. 68 BGG).
