Vu l'arrêt rendu le 28 février 2019 par la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre des baux et loyers, dans la cause précitée;

Vu le recours en matière civile interjeté le 5 avril 2019 par A.________ (recourante) contre cet arrêt;

Vu la lettre du 28 juin 2019 par laquelle la recourante déclare retirer ce recours;

Considérant qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle ( art. 32 al. 2 LTF );

que les frais judiciaires réduits sont mis à la charge de la recourante ( art. 66 al. 1, 2 et 3 LTF );

que B.________ (intimé), qui s'est déterminé sur le recours, a droit à des dépens en application de l' art. 68 al. 4 LTF en liaison avec l' art. 66 al. 3 LTF ;

Ordonne :

1. La cause 4A_166/2019 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

2. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

3. La recourante versera à l'intimé une indemnité de 5'000 fr. à titre de dépens.

4. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre des baux et loyers.
