Oggetto

arbitrato internazionale,

ricorso in materia civile contro il lodo arbitrale emanato

il 28 gennaio 2010 dal Tribunale Arbitrale dello Sport (TAS).

Considerando:

che il 1° marzo 2010 la società A.________ è insorta dinanzi al Tribunale federale con un ricorso in materia civile contro il lodo emanato il 28 gennaio 2010 dal Tribunale Arbitrale dello Sport (TAS) nella causa che la vede opposta alla B.________ e a C.________;

che l'anticipo spese di fr. 8'000.-- è stato versato entro il termine assegnato;

che con decreto del 19 luglio 2010 sia il TAS sia gli opponenti (ai quali è stato pure chiesto di eleggere domicilio in Svizzera) sono stati invitati a presentare un'eventuale risposta entro il 21 settembre 2010;

che con scritto del 20 agosto 2010 il legale della ricorrente ha comunicato l'avvenuta stipulazione fra le parti di un "accordo transattivo che mette definitivamente termine alla vertenza", dichiarando nel contempo di voler ritirare il ricorso;

che, visto il ritiro del gravame, la causa può venire stralciata dai ruoli, conformemente a quanto previsto dall' art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF ;

che ciò comporta, evidentemente, l'annullamento dei termini fissati alle controparti nel decreto del 19 luglio 2010;

che per le spese giudiziarie si rinvia all'art. 65 cpv. 1, cpv. 2 e cpv. 3 lett. b nonché all' art. 66 cpv. 2 e cpv. 3 LTF ;

per questi motivi, la Presidente decreta:

1. Si prende atto del ritiro del ricorso e la causa 4A_126/2010 è stralciata dai ruoli.

2. Il decreto del 19 luglio 2010 è annullato.

3. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 1'000.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente.

4. Comunicazione al patrocinatore della ricorrente, agli opponenti e al Tribunale Arbitrale dello Sport (TAS).
