Appeal Withdrawal Against Cantonal Lease Decision
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertAppeal Withdrawal Against Cantonal Lease Decision The situation involves a civil appeal concerning a lease agreement and a recusal matter, initially lodged against a cantonal court decision. The appellants, who had filed the appeal with the Federal Supreme Court, subsequently informed the court via counsel that they were withdrawing their appeal. The Federal Supreme Court acknowledged the withdrawal and decided to strike the case from the roster, imposing a reduced judicial fee of CHF 300 on the appellants, jointly and severally, as is customary when a proceeding is terminated due to withdrawal, and ruled that no costs for legal representation were to be awarded.
