Withdrawal of Civil Appeal and Cost Assessment
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involved a civil appeal concerning a loan agreement, where one party sought to challenge a prior decision made by the Court of Appeal in Fribourg. The appealing party filed the appeal in April 2007, but later submitted a letter indicating the withdrawal of the appeal in August 2007. Before the withdrawal, there were procedural developments including requests for suspensive effect, responses from the opposing party, and orders regarding the deposit of advance costs. The Tribunal eventually acknowledged the withdrawal and removed the case from their schedule, while also addressing the allocation of judicial costs and expenses to be paid to the opposing party.
