Bangladesh Student Permit Appeal Dismissed
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA resident from Bangladesh applied for a stay permit in Switzerland for the purpose of studies, which was denied by the cantonal population office in Geneva on June 16, 2010. The individual subsequently appealed this decision, but the appeal was rejected by the administrative court on December 13, 2011. A further appeal to the Geneva Court of Justice on July 30, 2012, also resulted in a rejection. Following this, the individual submitted a constitutional appeal to the Federal Tribunal claiming abuse of discretionary power and requested the Tribunal to annul the prior decisions and grant the stay permit. However, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be manifestly inadmissible, citing the lack of a constitutional grievance and the absence of an entitlement to a study permit under federal law.

X.________, recourant,
contre
113 LTF a contrario).
