Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual challenging a decision made by the Cantonal Court regarding a residence permit. The individual submitted letters contesting a ruling from May 8, 2009, but failed to present the required decision documentation by the deadline set by the Federal Tribunal. The court found that the invitation to submit the documentation was validly notified, as the individual had retrieved the correspondence from the post office, and ultimately concluded that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible due to the lack of required materials, resulting in judicial costs imposed on the individual.

Arrêt du 18 août 2009

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Merkli, Juge présidant.

Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.

Parties

X.________, recourant,

contre
