Federal Tribunal Upholds Refusal of Study Residency Permit for Romanian National
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a Romanian national who applied for a residence permit for studies in Switzerland, which was initially denied by the Service of the Population of the Canton of Vaud. This decision was upheld by the Administrative Tribunal of the Canton of Vaud. The individual then filed a legal appeal to the Federal Tribunal, seeking to overturn the previous rulings and obtain the requested residence permit. However, the appeal was deemed inadmissible, as the applicant could not cite any relevant federal or international law that granted her the right to such a permit, nor did she adequately demonstrate a violation of her constitutional rights based on the previous decisions. Consequently, the appeal was processed under simplified procedures, and the applicant was ordered to pay judicial costs.

Arrêt du 30 mars 2007
IIe Cour de droit public
Composition
Le Juge fédéral Merkli, Président.
Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.
Parties
X.________, recourante,
contre
