Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who sought an extension of their residence permit for educational purposes, which had previously been denied by the cantonal authorities. The individual filed an appeal against the decision of the administrative court rejecting their initial challenge to the denial of the permit extension. Ultimately, the Swiss Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be inadmissible based on the lack of a legal right to the permit under both federal and international law, suggesting that the individual did not raise any claims regarding violations of constitutional rights. As a result, the Tribunal declared the appeal manifestly inadmissible, and the costs were imposed on the individual.

Arrêt du 2 mars 2016

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourant,

contre
