Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal dispute where an individual had their residence permit revoked by the cantonal population and migration service, which led to an appeal being filed in the cantonal court. The cantonal court subsequently rejected the appeal. Following this, a request was made to the Federal Tribunal to review the cantonal court's decision; however, the request was submitted by a person who had not participated in the initial appeal process. The Federal Tribunal found that this individual lacked the standing to file the appeal since they were not a party in the earlier proceedings, ultimately deeming the appeal inadmissible.

intimé.

Objet
