Le Président, considérant:
Que, le 24 mars 2007, X.________ AG a formé auprès du Tribunal fédéral un recours de droit public, traité en tant que recours en matière de droit public, contre l'arrêt rendu le 19 février 2007 par la Chambre administrative du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura dans la cause opposant la recourante au Service des contributions du canton du Jura,
que, le 3 mai 2007, X.________ AG a déclaré retirer son recours, au motif qu'il était prématuré et que l'affaire était réglée,
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF ), de rayer la cause du rôle et de statuer sur le sort des frais et dépens ( art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l' art. 71 LTF ),
que la recourante doit être considérée comme partie qui succombe,
que, dans ces conditions, il se justifie de mettre à sa charge un émolument judiciaire ( art. 66 al. 1 1 ère phrase, art. 66 al. 2 et art. 66 al. 3 LTF ),
Ordonne:
1. La cause 2C_91/2007 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2. Un émolument judiciaire de 200 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée en copie au représentant de la recourante, au Service des contributions et à la Chambre administrative du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura ainsi qu'à l'Administration fédérale des contributions, Division juridique impôt fédéral direct.
