Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a petitioner who appealed against the decisions made by the Department of Education and Security, and the State Council of a canton regarding a request to waive a debt of 60,000 CHF incurred from an honor loan granted for university studies in 2004 and 2005. The cantonal court had previously rejected the petitioner’s appeal against these refusals. The petitioner subsequently alleged abuse of power by the responsible officials and sought to annul the earlier ruling. However, the court noted that the petitioner did not sufficiently argue any fundamental rights violations related to the application of cantonal law regarding debt forgiveness, which led to the conclusion that the appeal was clearly inadmissible.

Arrêt du 20 septembre 2016

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Seiler, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre
