Public Procurement Appeal Withdrawal and Cost Allocation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case revolves around a public procurement dispute where a company filed an appeal against a decision made by the administrative court of a canton regarding public tenders. The appeal was officially withdrawn by the appellant prior to any judgment being rendered, leading to the termination of the case. As a result, the court annulled the previously established deadlines and declared that the judicial costs would be borne by the appealing party, reflecting the principle that expenses typically fall to the party that withdraws the appeal. No responses were received from the opposing entities, and the case was subsequently removed from the court's active caseload.
