In a case concerning the encouragement of cinema, a company applied for a federal grant of 600,000 francs to produce a fiction film. However, the request was denied by the Federal Office of Culture, leading the company to appeal this decision to the Federal Administrative Court. Their appeal was rejected on July 3, 2013, prompting the company to seek further recourse through the Federal Tribunal by filing a subsidiary constitutional appeal against the earlier ruling. They argued against the decision not to grant the subsidy, but the Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be manifestly inadmissible due to specific legal provisions regarding grant matters and the inappropriateness of the type of appeal utilized.

Arrêt du 19 septembre 2013

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier: M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________ SA,

représentée par Me Mauro Poggia, avocat,

recourante,

contre

Département fédéral de l'intérieur ,

Office fédéral de la culture.

Objet

Encouragement du cinéma,

recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour III, du 3 juillet 2013.

Considérant en fait et en droit:

113 LTF

a contrario ).
