The case revolves around a petition filed by an individual from Pakistan, who sought a residence permit for study purposes in Switzerland. After the initial request was rejected by the lower administrative court and later upheld by the Court of Justice of the canton of Geneva, the individual appealed to the Swiss Federal Tribunal. The Tribunal ultimately found the appeal inadmissible based on the grounds that the applicable federal law does not grant an automatic right to such permits, and the individual did not claim any violation of constitutional rights in their appeal.

Arrêt du 16 septembre 2014

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre
