Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a foreign national who challenged a decision made by a canton’s population service that ordered his expulsion from Switzerland due to past criminal convictions. The initial appeal to the cantonal court was rejected, as the individual could not establish paternity concerning a child living in Lausanne, which precluded the application of certain legal protections. Following this, the individual filed a further appeal to the Federal Tribunal, asserting that he was in the process of establishing paternity but was unable to adequately articulate how the lower court's ruling contradicted federal law. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be manifestly inadmissible.

Arrêt 2 septembre 2015

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.
