Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who, after failing in their studies, requested to repeat their second year of vocational maturity while switching to a new field of study that had not been available at the start of their original course. This request was denied by the relevant educational authority, and a subsequent appeal to the head of the Department of Education, Youth, and Culture upheld the initial decision. The individual’s mother then filed a legal appeal against this decision, but the court found the appeal to be insufficiently motivated and, therefore, declared it inadmissible without undergoing further procedure. Consequently, the court imposed judicial costs on the appellant.

Arrêt du 21 janvier 2008

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Merkli, Président.

Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.

Parties

X.A.________, recourante, représentée par Y.A.________,

contre

que, succombant, la recourante doit supporter un émolument judiciaire ( art. 66 al. 1 1 ère phrase LTF et art. 65 LTF );

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

1. Le recours est irrecevable.
