In this case, a woman lodged an appeal with the Federal Tribunal against a decision of the Bern Administrative Court, which had previously dismissed her initial appeal due to its late submission concerning a decision made by the Bern cantonal police and military affairs department. The woman sought the restoration of the appeal period, the appointment of a lawyer, and legal assistance, explaining her reasons related to medical consultations needed for her children and administrative tasks concerning her move to Italy. However, her appeal did not contend any constitutional rights violations, which restricted its admissibility under federal jurisdiction, thereby rendering the appeal manifestly inadmissible according to the Swiss Federal Tribunal's criteria for such proceedings.

2C_598/2019

Arrêt du 24 juin 2019

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Seiler, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourante,

contre

3.1, in SJ 2011 I p. 405, JdT 2011 I 383). 2.2 p. 69; 136 I 65 consid. 1.3.1 p. 68).
