Residence Permit Appeal Struck Due to Lack of Intent to Appeal to Federal Supreme Court
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, an individual filed an appeal to the federal tribunal regarding a decision made by the cantonal court, which denied their request for legal aid. The appeal was inadvertently transferred to the federal tribunal, prompting the individual’s representative to clarify that this was not intended, and the case pertained to judicial assistance related to a residency authorization. The federal tribunal recognized that the individual did not wish to proceed with the appeal and decided to remove the case from its docket without imposing any judicial costs.
