Asylum Seeker v. Federal Administrative Tribunal
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA legal case was brought before the Swiss Federal Tribunal following the rejection of a request for asylum and the subsequent decision to deport the applicant by the Federal Office for Migration. The applicant sought a review of this decision, which was initially dismissed by the Federal Administrative Court. In response, the applicant filed an appeal to the Federal Tribunal, arguing for the granting of asylum and contesting the legality and reasonableness of the deportation order. However, the Federal Tribunal deemed the appeal manifestly inadmissible, citing specific provisions of the law that limit the scope of appeal in asylum cases. The case highlighted procedural issues and the applicant's representation by a legal professional, leading to the allocation of court costs to the representative for initiating a futile process.

Objet
Asile et renvoi, réexamen
recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour IV, du 26 novembre 2010.
Considérant en fait et en droit:
