Taxpayer Appeal Dismissed for Insufficient Substantiation and Motivation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a taxpayer who filed a complaint against a tax assessment for the year 2007 after his initial appeal was dismissed by the cantonal tax court for failure to pay the required court fees on time. Following this dismissal, the taxpayer appealed to the federal court but did not adequately meet the legal requirements for the appeal documentation. Despite being warned about the insufficiencies and given a deadline to remedy the submission, the taxpayer failed to provide the necessary supplementary information within the specified timeframe, leading to the rejection of the appeal as inadmissible. Additionally, the taxpayer was ordered to bear the court costs.

Arrêt 28 octobre 2009
IIe Cour de droit public
Composition
M. le Juge Müller, Président.
Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.
Parties
X.________, recourant,
contre
