Claimant's Appeal on Compensation for Procedural Violation Inadmissible Due to Lack of Specific Challenge to Cantonal Decision's Operative Part
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an appeal against a decision made by a cantonal office regarding the amount of a vocational training grant. The cantonal court had previously rejected the appeal concerning the specified grant amount. The appellant requested that the Federal Tribunal intervene and provide compensation for alleged procedural violations. However, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal inadmissible, noting that it did not meet the necessary detailed legal requirements for challenging the previous decision. As a result, the court determined that the appeal should be dismissed and that the appellants would bear the costs of the proceedings.

Objet
