Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual challenging a decision made by the cantonal tax administration regarding the taxation of capital benefits from professional pension schemes for the fiscal period 2003. The individual filed a late appeal against the tax administration's initial decision and subsequently had that appeal declared inadmissible by the cantonal court, on the grounds of timeliness. The individual then sought a review from the federal court, which focused on the validity of the cantonal court's dismissal rather than the substantive tax issue, ultimately determining that the previous decision was made according to applicable laws and thus upheld the inadmissibility of the appeal.

Arrêt du 17 mars 2009

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Müller, Président.

Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.

Parties

X.________, recourant,

contre
