In this case, an individual filed a request for prepayment of costs related to an administrative legal proceeding against a decision made by a judge from the cantonal administrative court. The cantonal court had previously ruled the appeal inadmissible. Subsequently, the individual withdrew their appeal, citing concerns with a new law governing administrative procedures in the canton. As a result of this withdrawal, the case was removed from the court's docket, and no judicial fees were assessed.
