Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a petitioner who sought to correct an alleged error in the tax assessment of a property, claiming that certain accessories should not have been included in the valuation. This request was made to the Federal Tribunal following earlier decisions by the Cantonal Administrative Court regarding the same issue. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the request was filed well past the allowable time limit for appeals against the earlier judgements, rendering the appeal manifestly inadmissible according to the applicable law. As a result, the petitioner was ordered to bear the legal costs associated with the proceedings.

Arrêt du 23 mai 2011

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Zünd, Président.

Greffier: M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre
