In this case, two parties filed a public law appeal against a decision made by the cantonal court regarding a license for operating a discotheque without food service. Subsequently, the cantonal economic department informed the federal tribunal that they had issued a new license to the appellants, which would resolve the matter. The appellants then announced their withdrawal of the appeal, agreeing to bear the associated costs. The federal tribunal took note of the withdrawal, effectively removing the case from its agenda and determining the responsibility for the judicial costs.
