Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a legal challenge against a decision by the federal migration authority that imposed an entry ban into Switzerland. The administrative court had previously declared that challenge inadmissible, prompting the individual to escalate the matter to the federal tribunal. However, the tribunal found that such a legal contest regarding entry bans is not permissible under the applicable Swiss law, rendering the appeal against the administrative court's ruling manifestly inadmissible.

Arrêt du 28 avril 2016

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Seiler, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre

Secrétariat d'Etat aux migrations.

Objet

Interdiction d'entrée en Suisse,

recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour III, du 29 février 2016.

Considérant en fait et en droit :

113 LTF

a contrario ).
