Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who sought to challenge a decision by the cantonal court regarding the rejection of their request to extend their residence permit in Switzerland. Initially, the individual had their application to reconsider a prior decision, dating back to March 2009, rejected by the cantonal authorities, which led to an appeal to the Federal Tribunal. The individual argued that they had maintained contact with their child and emphasized their long-term residence in Switzerland, while contesting that they had not engaged in any violent behavior. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the individual's appeal did not sufficiently address the allegations of arbitrary application of the law and was therefore deemed manifestly inadmissible.

Arrêt du 7 mai 2012

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge Zünd, Président.

Greffier: M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre
