Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a complaint against decisions made by the administrative court regarding multiple asylum requests which were deemed inadmissible. The administrative court had previously ruled on the requests, stating they were premature according to the applicable legal standard. The individual subsequently submitted a formal appeal to the federal court, contesting these administrative rulings. However, the federal court found that the appeal did not adequately articulate how the lower court's decisions violated federal law and determined that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible. As a result, the court dismissed the appeal without imposing court fees.

Arrêt du 19 mai 2015

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourant,

contre
