Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a group of individuals from Nicaragua who appealed against a decision from the Federal Administrative Court that upheld a prior ruling from the State Secretariat for Migration. This ruling had denied their requests for residence permits based on exceptions to admission conditions and ordered their expulsion from Switzerland. The appellants sought to have this decision overturned and requested a stay of the expulsion while their appeal was considered. However, the legal context indicates that their appeal was deemed inadmissible due to the nature of the decisions regarding immigration law and the lack of entitlement under federal or international law.

Objet

a contrario LTF).
