Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a Brazilian national who filed an appeal against a decision from the population and migration service of a Swiss canton that revoked her residence permit, which was set to expire in July 2016. The canton court had previously rejected her appeal, leading her to contest this decision at the federal level, arguing that not all relevant factors were considered, particularly her efforts to regularize her status. However, the federal court found that the appeal lacked sufficient legal critique and failed to demonstrate how the previous authority's decision violated any laws, leading to a determination of the appeal as manifestly inadmissible.

Arrêt du 7 mai 2015

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier : M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourante,

contre
