Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a legal challenge against the Federal Office of Migration's decision to deny her application for a residence permit, which was argued to be in violation of the relevant admission conditions. After her appeal to the Federal Administrative Court was rejected, she subsequently sought to contest that ruling at the Federal Tribunal through a public law appeal, requesting the annulment of the previous decision and a suspensive effect on her situation. However, the Federal Tribunal determined that the appeal was inadmissible due to legal provisions regarding foreign law decisions, signifying that such cases are not appealable in this context.

Arrêt du 10 janvier 2013

IIe Cour de droit public

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Zünd, Président.

Greffier: M. Dubey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________, recourante,

contre

Office fédéral des migrations, 3003 Berne.

Objet

113 LTF a contrario).
