Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a public law appeal against the decision of a cantonal court that denied the renewal of their residence permit. Subsequently, the individual's legal representative informed the Federal Tribunal that the individual had decided to return to their home country due to unforeseen circumstances, thus making the appeal irrelevant. As a result, the Federal Tribunal acknowledged the withdrawal of the appeal, removed the case from its agenda, and imposed a reduced court fee on the appellant.
