Appellant's Failure to Appeal Detention After Pro Bono Denial Leads to Dismissal.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a legal proceeding concerning the detention of an individual for the purpose of expulsion. The individual, a citizen from Ivory Coast, sought judicial assistance in obtaining a public defender to file an appeal regarding the approval of their detention, which was sanctioned by a cantonal court. However, the Federal Tribunal had previously denied the request for legal aid related to this matter. As of the date of the ruling, the individual had not submitted an appeal against the cantonal court's decision, leading to the conclusion that the current procedure would be removed from the court's agenda without imposing any judicial fees.
