Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

In this case, four Ecuadorian nationals challenged a decision made by the Federal Office for Migration, which ordered their expulsion from Switzerland. Their appeal to the Federal Administrative Court was rejected, leading them to bring the matter before the Federal Tribunal, arguing that their removal was unlawful and requesting a suspensive effect on the expulsion. However, the Federal Tribunal ruled that their appeal was manifestly inadmissible due to legal provisions regarding appeals related to foreign nationals and expulsion cases. Consequently, they were required to bear the costs of the proceedings.

Objet

Renvoi de Suisse,

recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour III, du 16 janvier 2012.

Considérant en fait et en droit:

113 LTF a contrario).
