Asylum Seeker's Appeal Against Removal Order Inadmissible
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA person filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal after their earlier request for asylum was rejected by the Federal Office for Migration and subsequently upheld by the Federal Administrative Tribunal. The individual sought to challenge the decision that ordered their expulsion from Switzerland. However, the Federal Tribunal determined that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible based on statutory provisions that limit the grounds for appeals in asylum matters, leading to the conclusion that no further processing of the case was warranted.
