Withdrawal of Appeal Regarding Land Improvement Subsidy Denial
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an administrative appeal filed by an individual against the decision of a cantonal administrative court that upheld the refusal of a subsidy for land improvements, which had been denied by the cantonal government. The individual initiated the appeal process in October 2006 but later informed the federal court that they were engaged in negotiations with the relevant cantonal agency to resolve their construction issue. As a result, they requested a suspension of the proceedings to avoid incurring further costs. The federal court suspended the case until mid-April 2007, but the individual ultimately decided to withdraw their appeal shortly before the suspension period ended. Consequently, the federal court acknowledged the withdrawal of the appeal, removed the case from its docket, and ordered the individual to pay a judicial fee.

Ordonnance du 18 avril 2007
IIe Cour de droit public
Composition
Le Juge fédéral Merkli, Président.
Greffière: Mme Charif Feller.
Parties
X.________, recourant,
contre
