KI-generiertIt is cited by implication by stating that no costs shall be levied, relating to the applicable rules for judicial costs in this procedure (although the BGG citation itself is not explicitly present in the dispositive, the principle of Art. 66 BGG governs costs, and the text states 'Es werden keine Kosten erhoben'). Given the strict instruction to only include explicitly cited provisions in the dispositive, and observing that the dispositive only contains points 1, 2, and 3 without explicit legal citations for points 1 and 2, I must re-evaluate based strictly on the text provided in the dispositive ('1. Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben. 2. Es werden keine Kosten erhoben. 3. Diese Verfügung wird...'). Since no explicit provision (like Art. 93 LTF or Art. 64 LTF) is cited next to orders 1 or 2, I cannot include any article based on the rules, even though point 3 mentions notification.
