ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 4 dicembre 2009 dal Tribunale amministrativo del Cantone Ticino.

Considerando:

che con ricorso in materia di diritto pubblico del 1° febbraio 2010 la A.________SA ha impugnato una decisione 4 dicembre 2009 del Tribunale cantonale amministrativo concernente l'occupazione dell'area pubblica con strutture provvisorie al servizio di esercizi pubblici;

che con scritto del 2 marzo 2010 il patrocinatore della ricorrente, producendo una lettera di quest'ultima, ha dichiarato ch'essa ritira il gravame, chiedendo pertanto di procedere allo stralcio della causa;

che il presidente o il giudice dell'istruzione decide, quale giudice unico, circa lo stralcio dal ruolo delle cause ritirate ( art. 32 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF ) e, in tale ambito, statuisce sulle spese giudiziarie (5 cpv. 2 PC in relazione all' art. 71 LTF );

che in caso di desistenza il Tribunale federale può rinunciare in tutto o in parte a riscuotere spese giudiziarie ( art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF );

che nella fattispecie si può rinunciare a prelevare spese;

per questi motivi, il Presidente decreta:

1. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3. Comunicazione al patrocinatore della ricorrente, al Municipio di Lugano, al Consiglio di Stato e al Tribunale amministrativo del Cantone Ticino.
