Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal dispute regarding the withdrawal of a driving license, wherein the appellant challenged a decision from the cantonal court that had upheld a three-month suspension of their driving privileges. The challenge was formally submitted to a federal tribunal as a public law appeal. However, the appellant's attorney later requested to withdraw the appeal, indicating that this withdrawal was made to preserve the appellant's rights in the absence of their presence. As a result, the tribunal registered the withdrawal and ruled on the associated judicial costs.

du 4 novembre 2015.

Vu:

le recours en matière de droit public formé le 7 décembre 2015 par A.________ (agissant par son avocat) contre un arrêt de la Cour de droit administratif et public du Tribunal cantonal vaudois confirmant un retrait d'admonestation de son permis de conduire pour une durée de trois mois;

les déterminations de la cour cantonale du 15 décembre 2015, concluant au rejet du recours en se référant à son arrêt;

la lettre du 15 décembre 2015 par laquelle l'avocat du recourant déclare retirer le recours déposé en l'absence de son client et pour préserver ses droits.

Considérant :
