Vu :

la décision du Conseil municipal de Bagnes du 7 février 2017 qui accorde à A.A.________ et B.A.________ l'autorisation de construire un immeuble avec parking sur la parcelle n° 996 et de démolir les chalets existants et qui lève les oppositions,

le prononcé du Conseil d'Etat du canton du Valais du 27 février 2019 qui annule cette décision sur recours de la Communauté des propriétaires d'étage B.________,

l'arrêt de la Cour de droit public du Tribunal cantonal du 14 septembre 2020 qui rejette le recours formé contre ce prononcé par les époux A.________,

le recours en matière de droit public déposé le 16 octobre 2020 contre cet arrêt par A.A.________ et B.A.________,

le délai au 23 novembre 2020 imparti par ordonnances du 23 octobre 2020 aux autres participants à la procédure pour se prononcer sur le recours,

la déclaration de retrait du recours du 6 novembre 2020;

considérant :

que la cause doit être rayée du rôle en application des art. 32 al. 2 et 71 de la loi sur le Tribunal fédéral (LTF; RS 173.110), en relation avec l'art. 73 al. 1 de la loi de procédure civile fédérale (PCF; RS 273),

qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais judiciaires ( art. 66 al. 2 LTF ) ni dépens, le retrait du recours étant intervenu avant le dépôt d'une éventuelle réponse au recours de l'intimée;

par ces motifs, le Juge présidant ordonne :

1. La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

2. Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires ni alloué de dépens.

3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Commune de Bagnes ainsi qu'au Conseil d'Etat et à la Cour de droit public du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais.
