Withdrawal of Building Permit Appeal and Allocation of Costs
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a company filed an appeal against a decision made by the municipal authorities, which had denied its request for a construction permit related to the renovation and repurposing of buildings. The appeal was reviewed by the Cantonal Administrative Court, which upheld the municipality's decision. Subsequently, the company decided to withdraw its appeal, citing a change in its construction project. The court proceeded to formally remove the case from its docket due to this withdrawal, while imposing a fee on the company for the judicial expenses incurred up to that point.
