KI-generiertThe decision not to enter upon the appeal was made in the simplified procedure (implied by the context of non-entry due to formal deficiencies, although not explicitly cited in the dispositive, Art. 108 is the procedural basis for simplified dismissal when requirements are clearly not met, but since the text only explicitly cites Art. 42 BGG in the reasoning leading to non-entry, and the dispositive only states non-entry, we must stick strictly to what is cited in the dispositive. Since no procedural article is cited in the dispositive, we only list the cost provision).
The appeal was not entered upon because it did not meet the legal requirements of Art. 42 BGG (lack of motion, signature, and reasoning).
No costs were levied in this decision.

Gegenstand
Sicherungsentzug des Führerausweises,
Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts
des Kantons Solothurn vom 11. Juli 2019
(VWBES.2019.146, VWBES.2019.161).
