del Cantone Ticino (52.2021.177).
Considerando:
che con decisione del 3 maggio 2021 il giudice delegato del Tribunale cantonale amministrativo ha rinviato a A.________ un ricorso, ritenuto prolisso, sconveniente e incomprensibile, con l'invito a emendarlo entro 5 giorni, con la comminatoria che, trascorso infruttuoso tale termine, esso sarebbe stato dichiarato inammissibile;
che con decisione di stessa data il giudice delegato ha invitato l'insorgente a versare un anticipo di fr. 1'000.-- per le spese processuali presunte;
che avverso queste decisioni A.________ presenta un ricorso al Tribunale federale chiedendo di annullarle;
che con decreto del 10 giugno 2021 il Tribunale federale ha invitato la ricorrente a fornire, entro il 25 giugno successivo, un anticipo delle spese di fr. 500.--, fissandole poi, con decreto del 6 luglio 2021, un termine suppletorio scadente il 17 agosto 2021, con la comminatoria, nota alla ricorrente, che in caso di mancato versamento, il Tribunale federale non sarebbe entrato nel merito del ricorso, come disposto dall' art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF ;
che, non essendo stato versato l'anticipo entro il termine suppletorio, il ricorso non può essere esaminato, motivo per cui esso è manifestamente inammissibile (art. 62 cpv. 3 terzo periodo LTF) e, pertanto, la causa può essere decisa sulla base della procedura semplificata dell' art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF ;
che, come noto alla ricorrente, le spese inutili sono pagate da chi le causa ( art. 66 cpv. 3 LTF );
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 300.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente.
3. Comunicazione alla ricorrente e al Tribunale amministrativo della Repubblica e Cantone Ticino.
